1 Scuff board and chassis washing.

To ensure regular cleaning of the chassis, we offer a full ID WASH range of chassis and scuff board washing.
Whether for removing salt during the winter period, or for a full high-pressure wash, the level of cleanliness obtained will ensure the long lifespan of these mechanical parts. For the scuff boards and the wheels, ID WASH has developed inbuilt systems on its washing gantrys which enable scuff boards to be cleaned without specific civil engineering adjustments. Of course, the scuff board washing phase can also be integrated into the chassis washing phase.

2 Water treatment

Recycling of waste water by ID WASH.
Two important notions must be taken into account as far as water is concerned :

• Compliance with regulations in force regarding the disposal of waste water.
• Sustainable development: saving water

The water recycling systems proposed by ID WASH were developed by specialists in water recycling. These water recycling systems comply with the strictest regulations governing waste water by significantly reducing the consumption of mains water using recycled water.

 

3 Technical room

In order to reduce the civil engineering works needed and limit the interfaces and management required for such works, ID WASH can deliver a fully equipped and working machine room. These machine rooms are entirely manufactured in our factories.

The gantry can be customised with your company's own design. Cover colour, company logo on covers, brush colours...

5 High quality finish

To improve the finish quality, "classic" brushes can be replaced by a set of foam brushes specially designed to buff bodywork to a shine.
ID WASH can also install a specific rinsing system with wax and/or water-resistant coatings to protect bodywork and prevent water marks on windows.
