The ID WASH team with its wealth of experience knows the issues and problems associated with washing coaches. The response to this is a machine designed to last. A strong, mechanically-welded and galvanised structure, compliant with European directive 2006/42/CE of the 17th May 2006 and certified by the APAVE.

Conscious of the safety required on such installations, the ID3 gantry is the result of a full study into strength of materials which are capable of resisting extreme climatic conditions.

Specific user commands

ID WASH washing gantry installation controls are based on a simple idea: We separate the commands accessible to the operator from those used by the maintenance personnel and the garage. The reason for this is to avoid manipulation errors by untrained personnel.

User-friendly and simple operator panel

The operating panel is installed on a remoted control pad. This pad is perfectly placed at the centre of the washing platform, clearly showing the user the machine status via indicator lights (ready to wash, fault, frost protection, washing cycle in progress), enabling them to select the washing programme they wish and, where necessary to stop the washing cycle via the emergency stop button.

Easy-to-use, tactile control screen for maintenance.

Fitted to the electrical panel built into a made-to-measure washing gantry, the control screen gives access to all essential maintenance operations (adjustments, authorisations, choice of programmes on the operator's panel). This simple and easy-to-use 6-inch screen also gives access to washing statistics (n° of washes, duration etc.). This interface also enables a Wi-Fi or 3G connection to the company's I.T. network. All information can also be controlled and consulted from any of the company's computer terminals.
